You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange your item. Returns for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item will be at the customer's shipping expense.

Keep in mind:
Items that are returned must be in their original condition, original packaging unworn and unwashed with all tags to be eligible for a refund.
All returns must be received within 30 Business days of the date that we ship out your order.
We will notify you as soon as we receive your return. You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
Any shipping paid is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Once your order is successfully submitted, our shipping team work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship within one to two business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers pick it up and it should be in your hands in 4 to 5 additional business days!
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! We do not ship on Sundays, or holidays.
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click on the link within and track your package. Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, we cannot make changes to your shipping address.
YD Boutique is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
